Modo CKD partnered directly with Accor Invest (in conjunction with Mcleer & Rushe) on their new Cambridge North Hotel. We delivered 2 stunning kitchens (including cold-rooms, ventilation canopies and fabrication), a complete bar and all back of house areas. The hotel boasts a full restaurant and bar and guests can dine from a full dinner service, à la carte menu, or grab something to take upstairs.
